The HUB uses guardian-led registration and limited staff access to support safe children and youth ministry.
Guardian-submitted information
A parent or legal guardian should complete online children and youth forms. We collect only the details reasonably needed for registration, safe check-in, emergency contact, allergies or medical notes, authorized pickup, and ministry communication.
Access and communication
- Routine communications are directed to the parent or guardian, not the child.
- Access is restricted to authorized staff and ministry leaders with a legitimate need.
- Photo permission is separate from participation permission where a release is offered.
Corrections, deletion, and safety concerns
Guardians may request corrections or deletion by emailing info@thehubnation.com. We may retain incident, consent, attendance, or safety records when required to protect a child, comply with law, or establish what occurred.
For an immediate safety emergency, call 911. Do not use a website form for urgent reporting.
