These terms govern use of The HUB Nation website, public forms, and authenticated church portals operated by Unity Revival Institution.
Using our services
You may use our website and portals only for lawful church, ministry, education, volunteer, event, and community purposes. Keep account credentials private and provide accurate information.
- Do not impersonate another person, access records without permission, disrupt the service, or upload harmful content.
- Portal access is role-based. Administrators may change or remove access to protect people and church systems.
- Parents or legal guardians must submit children and youth registration information.
Prayer, pastoral care, and emergencies
Website forms are not emergency services, medical care, legal advice, or a guarantee of pastoral response. If someone is in immediate danger, call 911. For a mental-health crisis in the United States, call or text 988.
Messages and notifications
The HUB, operated by Unity Revival Institution, sends requested prayer and ministry follow-ups, inquiry responses, service reminders, and account notices to people who consent to non-marketing texts. Promotional text messages require a separate marketing opt-in. Providing a phone number alone does not authorize text messages. Both SMS choices on our Connect form are optional; consent is not a condition of receiving ministry services.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. For assistance, email info@thehubnation.com or call 952-222-8059. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Read our Privacy Policy and Data & Messaging Policy for details on information handling and communication choices.
Donations, registrations, and third parties
Payment, event-registration, and other external services may have separate terms. Unless a page says otherwise, donations are voluntary and handled under the policies shown during checkout.
Content and availability
The HUB name, branding, media, training, and portal content may not be copied or redistributed without permission. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features. Services are provided as available, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by Minnesota law. Questions may be sent to info@thehubnation.com or mailed to Unity Revival Institution, 12345 Portland Ave, Burnsville, MN 55337.
